Information Notice

In the course of our activity, we process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data: first name, last name, company name
• Contact data: email address, phone number, physical address
• Professional data: job title, field of activity, website
• Financial data: billing information, tax ID / personal identification number (exclusively for the purpose of issuing fiscal documents)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics)
• Data submitted by you through the contact form or by email

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to deliver the contracted services, project communication, delivery and invoicing.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to send personalised commercial offers to potential clients and for lead follow-up.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to issue fiscal documents (invoices, receipts) in accordance with Romanian tax legislation.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — to send newsletters or marketing communications (if you have explicitly subscribed).
• Anonymous statistics — improving website performance via Google Analytics (aggregated data, without direct identification).

Personal data may be shared exclusively with the following recipients:

• Hosting and email service providers — within the limits necessary for service provision (e.g. hosting providers, Google Workspace)
• Google LLC — via Google Analytics, for anonymised traffic statistics
• Public authorities — exclusively in situations provided for by law (e.g. tax authorities for invoicing purposes)

We do not sell, assign or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Contractual and billing data: 10 years from the date of issue of the fiscal document, in accordance with Romanian tax legislation
• Contact data (leads / quotes): maximum 2 years from the last contact, after which they are deleted
• Contact form data: 1 year or until the request is resolved
• Newsletter data: until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent
• Technical data (cookies / Analytics): in accordance with Google Analytics policy (maximum 26 months)
